Semiautomatic regulation of wood drying kilns KovoS PR-1
can control process of wood drying in one chamber.
Parameters of a drying process (temperature, relative humidity, air circulation) are set manually.
The parameters are then maintained automatically.
Semiautomatic regulation KovoS PR-1 can be placed on any side of wood drying chamber.
The main advantage of Kovos PR1 regulatino is an easy manipulation, low cost and the ability to automatically
maintain the set parameters of the drying process.
The regulation PR-1 is completed with a method of pulse watering, when water is
injected into chamber depending on chamber microclimat. This save a substantial
amount of water needed for safe and sucessfull drying process.
The regulation PR-1 can be on demand completed with so called "black box". It is a
regording device monitoring and recording the drying process. It allows the
back control of the progress of wood drying.
The data for managing the drying process are collected from 4 sensors placed on the wood package.
On demand, the regulation can be supplied with 12 sensors.
Additional information is collected also from
a sensor of temperature and relative air humidity. This sensor is more precise then
standard psychrometer and this allows to save a substantial portion af energy.
