Automatic regulation unit AR-4
can control wood drying in four chambers.
The processs of wood drying is fully automatical. The input parameters are:
species, timber thickness, starting and final water content in wood.
The process of timber drying is monitored and every two hours the
parameters are saved into a computer. The datafrom the wood drying process can be displayed anytime.
The AR-4 regulation unit allows to print the protocol with data from
wood drying process.
On demand can be delivered system of wood drying control through mobile telephone.
The data for managing the drying process are collected from 4 sensors placed on the wood package.
On demand, the regulation can be supplied with 12 sensors.
Additional information is collected also from
a sensor of temperature and relative air humidity. This sensor is more precise then
standard psychrometer and this allows to save a substantial portion af energy.
